Monthly suits a single campaign or a burst of testing — stop whenever the project ends. Yearly is for ongoing production: it is billed once at 20% off and the full year of credits is added up front, which drops the effective cost per credit (on Pro, from $0.099 to $0.079).

No. There is no free tier and no trial period — every plan is paid. Because credits are only spent on renders that finish, the cheapest way to evaluate the studio is one month of Starter. You can also buy a one-off 600-credit pack for $50 without a subscription.

Credits are charged per second of finished video, at a rate set by the model and the resolution. Audio and aspect ratio are never charged on top. Seedance 2.5 costs 5.5 credits per second at 480p and 12.5 at 720p; Seedance 2.0 costs 4.3, 9.5, 24 and 53 across 480p, 720p, 1080p and 4K. The calculator above prices any combination.

A subscription grants an allowance every month or year at the lowest per-credit rate. The credit pack is a one-off top-up of 600 credits for $50 ($0.083 per credit) for when a project runs past your plan — repeatable, available without a subscription, and it stacks with plan credits.

No. Credits from subscriptions and from the pack never expire and accumulate on your balance. Each paid billing period adds that period’s credits on top of whatever you already have.

Every plan includes Seedance 2.5, 2.0, Fast and Mini. Duration and resolution are set by the model, not the plan: 2.5 renders up to 30 seconds at 480p or 720p; 2.0 goes up to 15 seconds and up to 4K; Fast and Mini cap at 15 seconds at 480p or 720p.

Yes. Image-to-video takes a first frame and an optional last frame, and holds that composition while the model adds motion, parallax and sound. Upload a JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10MB.

A render that fails is not charged — the credits go back to your balance and you can retry the same prompt. You only pay for clips that finish.

Short clips at 480p come back fastest; length and resolution are what stretch the wait, and 4K renders sit longest in the queue.

Yes. Every paid subscription and the credit pack is licensed for commercial use, and exports have no watermark. Uploads must be content you have the rights to use.

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and credits already granted for that period stay with you.
